Naveen Kumar, CPA, CA is the founder of Xpand CFO. With over 15 years of experience across government, non-profit, and private sector finance — including audit, internal controls, financial reporting, and performance analysis — he's seen firsthand how finance functions operate, where they break down, and where the real opportunities for improvement live.
He started Xpand CFO after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: capable finance teams running critical processes manually, knowing there's a better way but not knowing where to start. Naveen bridges the gap between diagnosing the financial problem and building the technical solution — bringing both a CPA's judgment and hands-on AI implementation capability to every engagement.
He stays on the leading edge of AI and automation in finance, so clients can focus on running their organization.
